I have mainly worked for large corporate pathology companies but have also been involved in University teaching (Department of Pathology, Melbourne University), National and International Committees; I was Chair of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry (IFCC) committee on Analytical Quality (C-AQ) and currently a member of the IFCC Committee on Reference Intervals and Decision Limits (C-RIDL).
I am currently the Chair of the Royal College of Pathologists Informatics Committee and have also been involved in Australasian reference interval harmonisation activities. My main publications are currently regarding the topics of Clinical Decision Limits and Indirect Reference Interval determination.
